LOWCOUNTRY TURNKEY PROPERTIES, LLC provides rental property ownership opportunities to potential real estate investors who want to own real estate but do not necessarily have the experience, time, resources or interest in acquiring, remodeling, renting and managing properties.

CHARLESTON, S.C. (April 9, 2013) – Lowcountry Turnkey Properties, LLC (LTP) is a recently established real estate investment company located in Charleston, SC founded by Aaron Silverman and Valerie Singley. LTP buys, remodels, rents with property management in place and sells single family homes as investment properties called Turnkey Rental Properties, essentially handling all of the heavy lifting aspects of operating and managing a real estate investing business. Investment in residential property has been, and still is, an attractive option for many individuals and firms and can produce both short-term and long-term financial gains. However, potential real estate investors who want to own rental properties do not necessary have the experience, time, resources or interest in acquiring, remodeling, renting or managing a property.
